Dear Heavenly Father,
Lead me to your righteousness. Hear me Lord and consider my groaning. Hear my cry, my Lord, my God, and my King. Lord, you hear me in the morning as I pray.
Father, you are a loving God, but you are not a God who delights in wickedness. Evil does not dwell with you. The boastful and proud does not stand before your eyes as you hate all evildoers. You destroy those who speak lies. You are disgusted with the bloodthirsty and deceitful men and women.
Through your abundance and steadfast love, I enter your house. I will bow down to you and love you with all my heart, soul, and mind. Lead me Lord in your righteousness because of my enemies. Make your way straight before me.
There is no truth in the mouths of the wicked. Their inward self is destruction. Their throat an open grave, they flatter with their tongue, but lies come from their lips. Make them bear their guilt Lord. Let them fall by their own counsels, because of their transgressions, cast them out, for they have rebelled against you.
All who take refuge in you rejoice, let them ever sing joy, and spread your protection over them. Those who love your name may exult in you, for you bless the righteous, Oh Lord, you cover them with favor as with a shield.
